Ganjeh is a marketplace for pre-owned luxury wearables, which means it inherits the classic problem of the secondary market: trust. How do you prove authenticity and value when the product is not new?
Minimalism, used as a verification tool. In luxury resale, clutter suggests concealment — so ultra-clean grounds and surgical lighting remove every distraction, and the frame says: this has nothing to hide.
The images did more than show handbags, shoes and garment details. They confirmed the platform’s luxury standing, building a consistency that closes the gap between a second-hand marketplace and a boutique.
Includes one cinemagraph.
Ganjeh Sport — 2021
The sport chapter of the Ganjeh marketplace — the same resale problem applied to worn athletic goods, where use is visible and cannot be lit away.
Case study
Minimalism as a verification tool — clutter suggests concealment.
The challenge
Ganjeh, a marketplace for pre-owned luxury wearables, faced the classic problem of the secondary market: trust. How do you prove authenticity and high value when the product is not new?
The strategy
I used minimalism as a verification tool. In luxury resale, clutter suggests concealment. Ultra-clean backgrounds and surgical lighting removed every distraction, effectively saying: this product has nothing to hide.
Execution & impact
The visual language did more than display products. It elevated the platform’s positioning, confirming its luxury status and creating a consistency that bridged the gap between a second-hand marketplace and a high-end boutique experience.
