Visual identity, AI visual production, pre-launch content system

A Dutch wellness brand, focused on the Turkish market, with its strategy ready and its products stuck in cross-border production and legal approval. The choice was to postpone the launch until inventory existed, or to build a credible high-end presence without any objects to photograph. 3D mockups had no soul, and waiting was not available.

AI was used as a virtual studio rather than a shortcut — a way to decouple the brand narrative from the factory. Lighting logic, material texture and lifestyle mood were engineered deliberately, which meant the brand’s feel was decided before its first physical unit existed, and later production inherited a standard it had to meet.

The entire visual identity was produced this way, hero visuals through lifestyle scenes, bypassing production bottlenecks, cutting cost and pulling the launch forward. The narrative could be tested in market immediately.

The argument underneath: a creative director’s job now extends past capturing reality to designing the visual system itself.

Case study

Manufacture the window before the product.

The challenge

Golivea, a Dutch wellness brand currently focused on the Turkish market, was in a critical pre-launch phase. The market strategy was ready, but the physical products were caught in complex cross-border production and legal approval cycles. The dilemma was strategic: delay the launch until inventory arrived, or build a credible, high-end brand presence without the physical objects in hand. Traditional 3D mockups lacked the necessary soul, and waiting for production was not an option.

The strategy

I treated AI not as a shortcut but as a virtual studio, to decouple the brand narrative from manufacturing constraints. The strategy was to manufacture the window before the product. Instead of waiting for reality, I used AI to engineer a specific lighting logic, material texture and lifestyle mood. This defined exactly how the brand should feel, and set a visual standard that future physical production would be required to match.

Execution & impact

By producing the entire visual identity through AI-generated imagery — from hero visuals to lifestyle scenes — I bypassed traditional production bottlenecks entirely. This reduced costs and accelerated the go-to-market timeline, letting us test the narrative in the Turkish market immediately.

It proved that a creative director’s role now extends beyond capturing reality to designing the visual system itself, giving a brand full control of its image from day one.
